N.Gunananthan, or Guna as he prefers to be called, has a MSc in Electrical Engineering from Yale, an MBA from Bowling Green State University, and a BSc in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science and Non-Western Studies from Mount Union College. He is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFPTM) and is certified in unit trusts, and life and general insurance.
Guna brings to the team 20 years of entrepreneurial, management, business development and IT experience. Some of his previous stints include: Founder and CEO of SmartTransact, and, founder and CEO of Articulate Systems
Apart from strategic consulting, he also organizes management and board think tank sessions, and is the author of “Secret to Ultimate Wealth”.

Harald Weinbrecht was born in Germany, and moved to Asia in 1995. In 1997 he co-founded ISS Consulting with the mission to provide superior IT Solutions based on SAP Software to Customers in Asia-Pacific. As the CEO of ISS Consulting he was responsible for growing the company to over 200 employees and a revenue of over 50 mil MYR, with offices in Singapore, Jakarta and Bangkok within 12 years. ISS Consulting was listed on the MESDAQ market in 2007, and was named one of SAP's Top Partners in Asia-Pacific Japan 2009. In 2010, ISS Consulting completed a reverse takeover exercise of Diversified Gateway Berhad, as a result of which Formis Resources Berhad became the new majority shareholder of the Company.
In addition to his experience as CEO of ISS Consulting Berhad, Harald has over 15 years experience defining and implementing IT Strategies based on SAP Software in Large and Small Enterprises across the globe. He is a sought-after Speaker and has presented in various IT Conferences in Malaysia and Singapore.
Harald graduated graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe. He joined SAP as International Consultant subsequent to his studies, and has worked with Clients in the US, Middle East and Asia since 1993.
